The role

We are looking for an experienced sales executive to lead business development and sales activities in North America (the US and Canada). You will be responsible to establish the company’s on-the-ground sales activities and drive short & long-term business growth. In this role, you will be working closely with our strategic channel partners and customer operations team to set and deliver sales targets ensuring flawless execution and BIC customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hands-on direct customer sales roles in the US physical security market. Experience in selling disruptive technology and SaaS-based business models. A self-starter who is customer-focused and driven to deliver high-quality solutions to Indoor`s clients!


  • Together with the senior management of the company, you will be in charge of setting annual sales targets for the North American market.
  • Develop and qualify a strong sales funnel with customers and build an actionable plan to deliver.
  • Hands-on management of sales activities from lead generation to close   
  • Work closely with our NA channel partners and customer operations to support successful end-customer implementations
  • Design and establish the company's US-based sales, BD, and account management teams.


  • 10+ years of direct sales experience in the physical security market in the US. With a focus on national accounts, enterprise, and global accounts.
  • Channel management experience with US leading integrators and security services operators
  • Experience in selling new technology and SAAS based contracts
  • Experience in setting up a sales organization from the ground up including field operations and account management.
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Strong  presentation skills
  • Prior experience in the robotics/drone industry preferred
