Indoor Robotics is the company behind Tando. The world’s first fully autonomous Indoor drone fleet for security, safety, and maintenance. Everywhere, All the time. 


The role

We are looking for a dynamic head of customer operations. You will be a key player in setting up the customer facing infrastructure for growth and charting the strategy for installation, training and ongoing customer service & support. In this role, you will be working closely with our business development, sales, and supply chain teams as well as strategic channel partners to ensure flawless execution and BIC customer experience.


The ideal candidate will have a track record of building customer operations infrastructure and teams, from pre-install site survey, to ongoing customer support and professional services. A self-starter who is client-focused and driven to deliver high-quality products to Indoor`s clients!


  • Together with the senior management of the company, you will be in charge of planning and building the customer operations function and team for the company.
  • Lead successful customer implementations globally including onsite system installation, training and Tier 1-3 support operations center.
  • Work closely with our global channel partners to support successful end-customer implementations
  • Build and manage a global customer service team.


  • At least 2-3 years as a manager / team leader in a high-growth organization.  
  • Prior experience in field application engineering and customer service work in electronics / IT / IOT related industries 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional groups and drive decision making
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Prior experience in robotics/drone industry preferred
